During my stay here, we were already tired from the Thanksgiving stress. The cable went out during our checkin with Ms. Beth now she was quick to resolve any issues and concerns Ms. Vanjie during the morning was guiding the Comcast individual to quickly further resolve the issues. Overall a very lovely stay so far I did not expect such a deep bathtub I love it for a deep soak.
This hotel is NO longer the GreenTree Inn; within the last 2 weeks it has become a Best Western. The first floor is pet friendly; however, the 2nd & 3rd floors are not. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful!!
They renamed the hotel. But rooms were clean. Bed soft. Shower and bathroom were great. Breakfast in the morning was a spread of different items.
As a patient at UNM my husband and I have stayed at several different hotels. Green Tree is by far the best because of its customer service. Vangie and Monica have both been wonderful. They go above and beyond . They are kind and empathetic. It’s been a very hard road, but the two of them have made it a lot smoother. The hotel itself isn’t bad. But the customer service will keep us coming back!
Extremely nice room and very courteous staff. Parking was easy and quick just off of i-25. There is some noise leakage from the highway and from rooms around you, but way less than most I've experienced.
Perfect hotel. 10/10. Completely clean and modern. Super reasonable prices too. This is the quality i would normally expect from a $200 a night room! Receptionist was kind and helpful. Has all the amenities you need in the room, mini fridge, charger port on the night stand, and a small coffee maker inside the room for ya. Great spot to rest after a long day of travel.
For our summer road trip 2025, my family tried to do a trip staying in only independent motels and hotels. For some reason this hotel looked to me from the website, third party websites, and Google Maps like it was an independent place that had taken over the building of what used to be a large chain hotel. I realized my mistake when we checked in and saw the corporate art in the lobby. Overall, however, I would recommend this place for several reasons: 1. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. 2. Breakfast was great, and they have an extremely cool pancake-making machine. 3. The pool is wonderful. 4. The location is very convenient. 5. It feels very safe and secure. Important in Albuquerque. A couple of minor caveats: 1. The person working the front desk in the late afternoons and evenings was not particularly friendly. She was polite enough, but she doesn't have a personality commonly seen in hospitality. She's not going to say anything rude, but she's not going to smile or say "have a nice evening" either. 2. When we were there, at least, the hallways smelled of marijuana.
We stayed here going to and from on our trip. Rooms were clean and comfy. The staff is super friendly and the price is right. Its centrally located for many parks, food & fun. We will be back the next time for sure.
